How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

Your initial consultation is always free. Buyer representation agreements and compensation are discussed openly and in writing before you tour a single property, so you always know what you are signing.

Do I have to renovate before selling my home?

No. Renovation is a strategy, not a requirement. We walk your home, price it as-is, and price it improved — then you decide. If the improved path wins, our crews handle the work and you settle up at closing.

Can you help if my credit or down payment is not ready yet?

Absolutely. Many clients start with us six to eighteen months before they buy. We connect you with lenders and credit resources, set a savings target, and keep you accountable until you are approved.
