What agents ask
before they join
Do I need experience to join DLuxe Realty.co?
No. We hire both brand-new licensees and experienced agents. New agents get structured mentorship and shadowing on live deals; experienced agents get leverage, in-house renovation services and a better split.
Are there monthly desk or franchise fees?
No franchise fees, because we are independently owned. Your split, cap and any transaction fees are written out clearly before you sign — nothing hidden.
Can I join while I'm still in pre-license classes?
Yes. Apply now and we will keep you in the pipeline, point you to Georgia-approved courses and exam prep, and onboard you the week your license is active.
Do you provide leads?
Yes — company-generated seller and buyer leads are distributed to agents who follow the response standards, alongside training on generating your own referral pipeline.
Is this full time only?
We prefer full-time commitment, but we will consider strong part-time candidates with a clear plan and timeline to go full time.
